Daniel ThomasCOLEDaniel Thomas Cole of Wollaton Vale, passed away on Sunday 5th October 2025 at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge, following a short illness on holiday.

Daniel was a much loved husband to Greta, step-dad to Stanley, Greta, Dean and Heather and a devoted Grandad to Matt, Wyat, Daniel, Roseanna and Phoebe and a dear best friend to Christine.

Daniel was a gentle, caring man who rescued animals and supported local animal charities, because of this the family have asked for no flowers, and any donations in lieu of flowers will be made to Bramcote Animal Rescue.

Daniel's Funeral service will take place on Friday 7th November 2025 At Wilford Hill Crematorium at 1pm.

My dearest friend of over 35 years, Dan or as I always called him, 'Danno'
He rescued so many animals and cared so much for them.
He's helped me many times over the years with my cats.
We had a lovely close friendship, I'm grateful for that.
We shared tears, happiness and a closeness that didn't hinder us..just pure friendship.
He was a fellow Deacon at The New Whitemoor Baptist Church nottingham.
There he is missed so much, he did lots to make sure the church had things it needed that others wouldn't think about.
I personally am missing him, always will.
Greta, you made him very happy, you were worth the wait ❤️
Remember, I'm here for you always.
So Danno, until we meet again in Heaven, may God keep you in His care.
